1. Model: D-R802
Description & Features:
D-R802 Stretch Blow Molding Machine is suitable to produce different shapes of PET/PP bottles/jars as well as PMMA globes(neck size below 100mm). It is applicable for blowing bottles from 100ml to 6000ml and is widely used to produce mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, and medicine, cosmetic and oil bottles etc.
The machine adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system. It ensures PET preforms be heated evenly.
The machine uses mechanical-double-arm mould clamping which ensures the mould will be closed tightly even under high pressure and high temperature.
The air system consists of two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different pressure requirements for the action and blowing. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shape bottles.
The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.
The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode.
