D-R800-G semi-automatic stretch blow moulding machine for lampshade  

 

2. 1. Specification of D-R800G:
2.1. Main frame dimension: 2300(L)*990(W)*2300(H) mm;
       Heater  dimension: 2700(L)*650(W)*1660(H)mm;

2.3, The main structure is welded by Q235B 200*70 channel steel and heater is made of 40*40*1.5 square tube. the surface is treated with paint ejection. The whole structure is delicate and durable.
2.4 Mould clamping system is processed precisely to ensure the stability.
2.5, Main pneumatic components adopt Germany brand, others are from domestic.
2.6, Preforms are rotating in the heater to ensure being heated evenly.
2.7, PLC panel adopts Bothfit to make the machine stable and reliable.
