1.3, The main structure is made of #63 channel steel, welded by A3 folding, the surface (blue as basic color) is treated with plastic ejection. the whole structure is delicate and durable.
1.4, Stretch cylinder and pneumatic components adopt SMC brand
1.5, Conveyor system adopts #45 steel, the surface is galvanized.
1.6, Automatic preform-feeding for conveyor, it is easy to operate by only putting a certain quantities of preforms inside the feeding bucket. The movement of feeding,heating,blowing and finished bottle transferring is done automatically.
1.7, Preforms are transferred to the heater through rotating and passing-one-by-one to ensure being heated evenly.
1.8, PLC panel adopts Mitsubish to make the machine stable and reliable.
