1. One cavity high speed PET blow moulding machine with linear style-Max capacity: 20L
D-R605 is a two step rotation style PET Automatic blow moulding machine with auto-loader. One cavity D-R605 machine is suit to blow any PET, PC etc. bottle.
2. Details of D-R605machine:
2.1 D-R605 machine is with automatic human-computer interface, easy operation, stable operation, little fault, fast speed blowing.
2.2 D-R605 machine is adopted all parts by precision machining.
2.3 D-R605 machine is adapted to continuous auto-loader with high speed and efficient.
2.4 The oven of D-R605 machine is with high speed and balance heating.
2.5 The chain of oven is imported by Japan with strong durability.
2.6 The bottleneck of D-R605 machine is with blowing cooling which could provide better protection for screw of PET preforms.
2.7 D-R605 machine is with powerful and stable operation pneumatic type clamping mechanism. The machine is also adapted to pneumatic system to stretch preforms which is with high speed and exact route stretching.
2.8 The blow (row) system is German with high speed blowing (rowing) and long life.
2.9 D-R605 machine could convey the bottles to filling line directly with novel design convey.
