2. Features:
2.1 D-R502 Stretch Blow Molding Machine is suitable to produce different shapes of PET/PP bottles/jars as well as PMMA globes(neck size below 100mm). It is applicable for blowing bottles from 5L(2cavity) to 10L(1cavity) and is widely used to produce mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, medicine, cosmetic and oil bottles etc.
2.2 The machine adopts advanced microcomputer control system with stable property.
2.3 The machine adopts infrared pre-heat system with powerful penetrating power. It ensures PET preforms be heated evenly and quickly by rotation.
2.4 The width and height of lamp and baffle board in heating system are adjustable which could fit the preforms with different structures to heat. And the heating system also has automatic cooling device to ensure the constant temperatures of heating tunnel.
2.5 Every mechanical action of blowing machine has fool-proof. If one workstage breaks down, the procedure of machine will switch to safe state automatically.
2.6 Every mechanical action of blowing machine is droved by oil pump, so the machine has advantages such as non-pollution, low noise etc. 
2.7 The design of gas circuit divides actions and blowing to three steps and which could meet the needs of blowing and actions with different pressure.
2.8 The blowing machine has strong mould clamping force which adopts high pressure and hyperbolic arm linkage to clamp the mould.
2.9 The safer and more reliable design of valve location makes the gas circuit better.
2.10 The blowing machine has fully automatic production processes which have advantages such as low investment, high efficiency, easy operation, simple maintenance, safe system etc.
2.11 The rejection rate of bottle is less than 0.2% and the bottom of bottle is non-pollution.
Besides, the cooling system of machine is also best.
